A comprehensive understanding of the key concepts of business finance for non-financial managers make their decision making effective and gets them closer to their ultimate goals and objectives. It will help them to comprehend what the company’s financial statements are telling about the financial situation of the company and its performance.

Learning finance by non-finance managers will develop their ability to manage the daily financial aspects of their division effectively.  Furthermore, it can help them understand various financial reports in detail and make critical business decisions effectively.

At this intermediate level, participants who are the non-finance managers will be given a more comprehensive understanding of the financial statements as well as the financial technicalities for them to make decisions and present the information to their senior management.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
