In today's dynamic work environment, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is paramount for organizational success and employee well-being. The "Effective OSH Workplace Inspection and Incident Investigation & Reporting" training course equips participants with the necessary tools and techniques to conduct thorough workplace inspections and carry out effective incident investigations. Through interactive sessions, participants will learn how to identify hazards, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to enhance safety performance.
This two-day course is designed for safety officers, supervisors, and managers responsible for occupational safety and health within their organizations. Participants will engage in practical exercises and case studies to develop their skills in conducting inspections, documenting findings, and investigating incidents. Emphasis is placed on understanding regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of safety that prioritizes risk reduction and continuous improvement.

All levels of management, safety practitioners, safety committee members, and individuals responsible for investigating accidents (incidents).
This is a 2-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
