The course aims to increase awareness and impart basic knowledge on occupational ergonomics and related ergonomic related disorders (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome, back injury) with focus on manual handling at the workplace. The training would assist the participants to evaluate their workplace and improve working conditions and ways of doing things so as to work comfortably and efficiently.

This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
