This training program is specifically developed with detailed focus on the role and function of supervisors and front-line mangers in the security industry.

After completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Supervise and manage security officers more effectively at the workplace.
• Assess security operation procedure
• Use interpersonal skills and mentoring to solve problems when managing security officers
• Ensure security officers follow client’s SOP during emergency situations.

This is a ​1-day programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
