Beyond compliance, Health & Safety leaders drive proactive risk management. They understand legal requirements, set clear expectations, and champion programmes that reduce incidents before they occur. By using tools such as KPIs, behavioural-based safety (BBS), and structured reporting, leaders ensure that safety performance is continuously monitored and improved.
True Health & Safety leadership is about communication and accountability. It requires the ability to engage employees at every level, negotiate with management for resources, and foster open dialogue about safety concerns. This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
