Internal auditing is a monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of QMS implementation. The effectiveness of internal audit very much depends on the competency, knowledge and application auditing techniques of the internal auditor. This course apply the process approach auditing skill to enable the participant to learn and understanding the internal auditing principles and practice which meet to IATF16949: 2016 requirements.
 
This course is specially designed for companies certified to IATF16949. Delegates will learn how to conduct IATF16949 automotive process approach auditing methodology in preparing and conducting an internal audit.
 
To meet to IATF 16949 requirements, the internal auditor programme that covers in this training module include the entire quality management system audits, manufacturing process audits and product audits. Our Auditor course also covered auditing based upon risk, internal and external performance trends, criticality of the process(es) and methodology auditing of core tools.

This training provides:

• Knowledge and practical skill of process approach internal auditing
• Role and ethic of internal auditor
• Technique on auditing planning, conduct and reporting of the entire internal audit process

Day 2: ​ Internal Audit Process and Mock Audit Activity

• Section 4: Audit Process
• Section 5: Audit Reporting
• Section 6: Audit Reply & Follow Up
• Mock Audit Activity: Hands-on Experience
• Closing Session: Review and Certification
• Section 7: Q&A session

Note: ​The ‘hands-on’ auditing practices can focus on the organizations own process and may replace the exercises.

This programme is suitable for Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Executives of all functions:

• Tasked to carry out internal audits or to train and guide others
• Appointed to organize the IATF audit programme
• Auditees who would like to gain insight into the audit process
• As well as auditors who would like to apply a process approach to audits.

This is a 2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
