Effective interpersonal and communication skills are vital for smooth operations in both office and factory environments. Whether it’s giving instructions on the shop floor or updating a colleague in the office, clear and respectful communication helps avoid errors, build trust, and strengthen teamwork. This training provides practical tools and real-world scenarios to help participants improve the way they listen, speak, and respond at work.
Participants will learn how to overcome common communication barriers such as unclear instructions, emotional reactions, and misunderstandings between departments. The course also focuses on proper workplace etiquette, professional tone, and the importance of non-verbal cues like body language and facial expressions—especially in multi-lingual or high-pressure environments.
This 2-day session uses hands-on activities, role plays, and interactive discussions to ensure engagement and lasting learning. Whether your team is from the office or the factory floor, they will leave with practical communication skills they can immediately apply to their daily tasks

This course is for all professionals, supervisors and managers with management responsibility who needs to develop and improve their interpersonal skills.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
