Understanding this will encourage your organization to become more Lean, by removing and reducing any ineffectiveness and inefficiency, which would cost money.
Through this program, in order to be more Lean, a step-by-step approach will be laid out to guide and develop your organization to identify where you are now and where you need to be in the future, in order to increase your Lean performance. The approach will help you identify where are opportunities located in your business environment, and put the right initiatives on the table.
