Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) program is designed to help you to transform your people just that. Using the DMAIC and Lean modules, each participant, will be taught the best improvement methodologies and tools. 

Our LSSBB program has been successfully incorporated in both manufacturing and service environment ranging from automotive, electronics, engineering services, healthcare, banking, agriculture, etc. Any person with that characteristic is the right asset for you. ​Graphical and Statistical software is a must to expedite and simplify your data analysis and decision making. This program will be conducted either by using SigmaXL or Minitab (upon your selection).
 
This is a 10-day program divided into 2 staggered sessions:

1. First session (5-day) – Intro/Define/Measure
2. Second session (5-day) – Analyze/Improve/Control

 
Open-Book Exam/Quiz will be conducted on the last day of the program.

Lean Sigma Green Belt is designed for anyone interested in business performance development.

This is a ​10-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
