ISO 37001:2025 is the latest revision of the international standard for anti-bribery management systems. It provides a structured framework to prevent, detect, and respond to bribery risks, and emphasizes embedding a culture of integrity throughout the organization. The standard applies to organizations of all sizes, sectors, and geographies.
The 2025 revision introduces a stronger focus on leadership commitment and organizational culture, ensuring top management actively champions ethical behavior. It also aligns with other ISO management standards, allowing organizations to integrate anti-bribery practices into existing management systems effectively.
ISO 37001:2025 promotes a risk-based approach, guiding organizations to identify vulnerabilities, implement controls, and continually evaluate performance. It also enhances clarity on roles, responsibilities, and conflict-of-interest management, supporting organizations in maintaining compliance with local laws and global best practices.

This programme is designed for top management, compliance and risk officers, internal auditors, legal, finance, procurement, and HR personnel, as well as any staff involved in anti-bribery management or integrated management systems. It is ideal for those responsible for implementing, monitoring, or supporting anti-bribery controls, promoting an ethical culture, and ensuring organizational compliance with ISO 37001:2025 requirements.
This is a 1 or 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
