AS/EN 9100 is the quality systems aerospace model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing. It was developed using the ISO 9001 standard. It builds upon requirements to produce a globally harmonized standard that meets the requirements of aerospace companies worldwide. AS/EN 9100 was the first standard available for use across the global aerospace community, adding the requirements necessary to address both civil and military aviation and aerospace needs.
An attendee who successfully completes the course will be able to:
Understand the concepts of AS/EN 9100 Rev D and the key changes from AS/EN 9100 Rev C
Conducting effective Internal Audits against AS 9100 Rev D standard

Module 1: Introduction to AS/EN 9100 Rev D
Module 2: AS/EN 9100 Core Tools
Day 2
Module 3: AS/EN 9100 Standards Clause 4 to 10
Module 4: Non-Conformance handling, FMEA and Risk Management
Day 3
Module 5: Internal Audit Techniques
Module 6: Use of forms as per AS/EN 9101F
Module 7: Writing Audit report and NCRs
Module 8: Closure of NCR.
This programme is highly recommended for Quality Managers and designate Internal Auditors of firms Manufacturing/supplying to the aerospace OEMs.
This is a 3-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
