The risks and opportunities that may impact the organization needs to be addressed for effective management of operational processes.
Risk Management is a dynamic process and does not halt once a countermeasure had been implemented but goes beyond to analyzing residual risks and plugging the loopholes which would elevate a non-significant residual risk to a significant residual risk.
