The latest Annex SL requirements for Management System emphasizes company to possess risk-based thinking when establishing, implementing and maintaining the management system. The risks and opportunities that may impact the organization needs to be addressed for effective management of operational processes.
Risk Management is a dynamic process and does not halt once a countermeasure had been implemented but goes beyond to analyzing residual risks and plugging the loopholes which would elevate a non-significant residual risk to a significant residual risk.
This course is designed to expose participants to the effective risk & opportunity assessment process, considering the requirements of ISO 31000 standard.

Section 4: Establishing Strategies & Proactive Countermeasures for Risk Control
Managers & organization representatives requiring a strategic overview and effective approach to risk assessment of the Management Systems.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
