In today’s volatile business environment, disruptions, whether from industrial action, infectious disease, or physical incidents are inevitable. Organizations that fail to prepare can suffer operational downtime, reputational damage, and loss of trust.
This 3-day immersive workshop equips participants with the mindset, tools, and practical skills to anticipate, respond to, and recover from workplace disruptions. Leveraging the THINK-ADAPT-LEAD methodology, participants engage in three realistic simulations to develop, test, and refine department-specific continuity frameworks.
Blending ISO 22301 best practices with human-centered crisis leadership, this program combines tabletop exercises, scenario planning, and live communication drills to strengthen organizational resilience. Participants will leave with actionable continuity plans and the confidence to lead teams decisively under pressure..
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

This is a 3-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
