During the establishment of an Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or any environmental program, the organisation needs to determine how its activities and functions may impact on the community and the ecosystem. By identifying and evaluating such harmful and pollutive activities, the organisation is able to develop applicable mitigation measures.
This course outlines the principles, processes and techniques used for the assessment and management of environmental aspects and the significance of these in environmental management systems.
By the end of this training course the Learner will be able to:
To have a basic understanding of Malaysia environmental law
Able to identify the Malaysia Environmental Law that applies to their organization
Develop the Applicable Legal & Other Requirements Register

Anyone who is responsible for the care taking of the Environmental Law for the company.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
