The FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor Training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills to conduct effective internal audits based on the latest FSSC 22000 Version 6 requirements. Through this programme, participants will gain a clear understanding of the audit process — from planning and preparation, to conducting audits, reporting findings, and following up on corrective actions. The training emphasizes ISO 19011 auditing principles, professional auditor conduct, and techniques for collecting and verifying evidence. Interactive case studies and practical workshops are incorporated to simulate real audit situations, enabling participants to build confidence in interviewing, identifying nonconformities, and reporting results effectively.

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
