You are an internal auditor of food safety management system for FSSC 22000, this course can provide you the guidance on learning how to perform an effective internal auditing.
Internal auditing is a monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) implementation. The effectiveness of internal audit very much depends on the competency, knowledge and application auditing techniques of the internal auditor. This course enables the participant to learn and understand the internal auditing principles and techniques.
Overview of FSSC 22000 requirements
Introduction to internal auditing
Preparation for audit
Undertaking the audit (‘hands on’ audit)
Reporting audit findings and following up the audit
Live Audit (for in house training)
This course is designed for those who need to have a working knowledge of the requirements of the FSSC 22000 FSMS scheme such as but not limited to:
Senior management, Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Executives of all functions
Tasked to carry out internal audits or to train and guide others
Appointed to organize the FSMS audit programme
Auditees who would like to gain insight into the audit process
Those considering implementing a FSMS, FSMS auditors and quality professionals
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
