This course will provide a quick view of ISO 22000: 2018 requirements and how to internally audit your food safety management system. Our experienced trainer will explore the ISO 22000:2018 standard in-depth, with role-plays, workshops and practical exercises to ensure you go from beginner to expert.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to understand:
Understand the various types of audits, functions and methods
Plan the internal audits
Conduct internal audit based on ISO 22000:2018 and pre-requisite programs (GMP MS 1514 or TS 22002 series requirements)
Understand the audit trail
Report internal audit findings

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
