Internal audit is fundamental to all management system standards as it is a means to establish status of conformity. The quality of the results depends mainly on the competency of the auditors. The purpose of this training is to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to perform internal audits on GMP & HACCP and to contribute to the GMP & HACCP system verification and continual improvement of the system.

Plan and prepare for an internal audit, gather audit evidence through observation, interview and sampling of documents and records.
Write factual audit reports that help to improve the effectiveness of the management system.
Suggest ways in which the effectiveness of corrective action might be verified.

This training is intended for those who are appointed to be internal auditors. Delegates are expected to have knowledge of GMP & HACCP audits within organizations before attending this training. This background knowledge is provided on the relevant GMP & HACCP Foundation Training.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
