Understanding the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are essential for all the employee of the organization in order to have a proper planning and effective implementation of the integrated management system (IMS).
With the right approach of interpretation and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, the IMS of the organization is able to yield results that enhance operational effectiveness to ensure customer satisfaction, prevent pollution to environment and maintained a healthy and safety operation of work place.

This course is suitable for those who are tasked with the development, implementation and maintenance of IMS, as well as those looking for a framework for IMS improvement.
This may include Directors/ Managers, Department Head, Engineers, Safety Officer and Human Resources/ Personal Affairs Officers.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
