ISO 9001:2015 is a global standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring organizations deliver consistent quality and customer satisfaction. It applies across all industries.

ISO 3834-2 sets specific quality requirements for fusion welding of metals. It is vital in sectors like construction, oil & gas, shipbuilding, and heavy engineering, where weld integrity impacts safety and performance.

Combined, both standards help industries achieve overall quality excellence while ensuring that critical welding processes meet stringent technical and regulatory demands
To ensure the effective understanding, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 3834-2 Quality Management System, the company must ensure the availability of competent personnel in understanding the requirements, and effectively carry out internal audit using a process-based approach and structured audit process. 

This course is designed to expose participants to the requirements of ISO 9001 & ISO 3834-2, and the application of ISO 19011 in internal audit

This course is designed for Managers & organisation representatives who requires knowledge/refresher on the management system requirements, and/or are  selected as internal auditors, who require to be competent to perform internal auditing.
This is a ​1-day programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
