The ISO 9001:2015 & MS 1480:2025 Integrated Management System (IMS) Internal Auditor Training is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits for both quality and food safety management systems. This programme focuses on the principles and methodologies of effective internal auditing, enabling participants to assess system compliance, identify areas for improvement, and support continual improvement initiatives within the organisation.
Through a structured approach and hands-on mock audit activities, participants will gain practical experience in applying audit techniques, preparing audit findings, and verifying corrective actions across integrated management systems. The training is ideal for internal auditors, QA/QC personnel, food safety team members, and management representatives responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and MS 1480:2025 requirements.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
Understand the principles, purpose, and requirements of internal auditing within an integrated management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and MS 1480:2025.
Plan and prepare internal audits effectively, including defining audit scope, objectives, criteria, audit plans, and checklists.
Conduct internal audits systematically using appropriate audit techniques such as interviewing, observation, sampling, and evidence collection.
Prepare clear audit findings and reports, including nonconformity statements, corrective action requests, and follow-up verification.
Perform mock audits confidently for both quality and food safety management systems to support compliance and continual improvement within the organisation.

This is a 3-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
