Internal auditing is a monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of laboratories management system implementation.
The effectiveness of internal audit very much depends on the competency, knowledge and application auditing techniques of the internal auditor. This course apply the process approach auditing skill to enable the participant to learn and understanding the internal auditing principles and practice which meet to ISO/IEC17025 and ISO19011 requirements.
The training provides:
Knowledge and practical skill of internal auditing
Role and ethic of internal auditor
Technique on auditing planning, conduct and reporting of the entire ISO/IEC 17025 internal audit process
Day 1: Understanding ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and Internal Audit Principles
Section 1: Introduction to ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Section 2: Introduction to Audit
Section 3: Systematic Approach to Conducting Audit
Day 2 Internal Audit Process and Mock Audit Activity
This programme is suitable for Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Executives of all functions:
Tasked to carry out internal audits or to train and guide others
Appointed to organize the audit programme
Auditees who would like to gain insight into the audit process
As well as auditors who would like to apply a process approach to audits.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
