To ensure a product quality, we perform measurement to the process control and product. Equipment accuracy is essential for quality control.
This two-day programme is designed for personnel working in analytical and testing laboratories, particularly in manufacturing environments where laboratory results support product quality evaluation, process control, specification decisions, and compliance-related activities. The training focuses on practical understanding of measurement systems in the analytical / testing laboratory, including traceability, reliability of results, measurement uncertainty, laboratory controls, documentation, and links to ISO/IEC 17025 and related quality system expectations.
Structured as an enhanced outline for broker / client review, the programme is positioned toward laboratory systems, uncertainty, and control practices rather than product-specific analytical test method training.
Understand the role of measurement systems in analytical / testing laboratory operations
Explain key concepts of traceability, accuracy, precision, bias, and uncertainty
Identify common sources of error and variability affecting laboratory results
Apply practical approaches to evaluating and using measurement uncertainty
Strengthen laboratory controls, documentation, and result reliability
Relate laboratory practices more clearly to ISO/IEC 17025 expectations
Module 1: Role of the Analytical Laboratory in Manufacturing Quality
Module 2: Fundamentals of Measurement in Analytical Laboratories
Module 3: Sources of Variability in Analytical Results
Module 4: Traceability, Calibration & Control of Laboratory Equipment
Module 5: Measurement Uncertainty in Analytical Testing
Module 6: Interpretation and Use of Laboratory Results
Module 7: Laboratory Controls, Documentation & Records
