ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), providing a structured framework to ensure consistent quality in products and services. This training introduces participants to the core principles of ISO 9001:2015, including the process approach, risk-based thinking, customer focus, and continual improvement. It is essential for organizations aiming to enhance operational efficiency and meet customer expectations consistently.

The program also focuses on developing the skills necessary to become an effective internal auditor. Participants will learn how to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits in alignment with ISO 19011 guidelines. Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, learners will gain confidence in identifying nonconformities, assessing compliance, and recommending improvements.

This is a 2-days programme.
