ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), providing a structured framework to ensure consistent quality in products and services. This training introduces participants to the core principles of ISO 9001:2015, including the process approach, risk-based thinking, customer focus, and continual improvement. It is essential for organizations aiming to enhance operational efficiency and meet customer expectations consistently.
The program also focuses on developing the skills necessary to become an effective internal auditor. Participants will learn how to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits in alignment with ISO 19011 guidelines. This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
