ISO 9001:2015 calls for an intensive look at all interested parties as well as all opportunities and risks. It aims to raise an organization‘s awareness to meet the needs and expectations of customers and other relevant interested parties.
ISO 9001:2015 is focused on a company’s individual needs and allows to act future-proof even within changing market conditions. The standard is applicable to all sectors, both in the manufacturing industry as well as in service companies or public administrations - and in organizations of any size and complexity.
To ensure the participant understands the right concept of ISO 9001:2015 requirement including risk based thinking as promoted in the standard and to be able to apply to his/her “day to day” job in order maintain effective output of each process. Besides, expose participants to the application of ISO 19011 international standard in conducting management systems audit.

Those who are tasked with the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management system, as well as those looking for a framework for QMS improvement and all other personnel, from managerial to grass root level who need to be equipped with a thorough understanding on the Quality Management System.
This is a 3-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
