IATF 16949 Quality Management System is the requirements for automotive industries; the main objective of this QMS is emphasis on:

Understanding the IATF 16949 requirements is essential for all the employee of the organization in order to have a proper planning and effective implementation of the quality management system. With the right approach of interpretation and application of IATF 16949, establishing and documenting the organization management system can provide guidance to the employee on implementing the QMS of the organization. Careful planning and execution is able to yield results that enhance operational effectiveness, ensure customer satisfaction and continual improvement.

This course is suitable for those who are tasked with the development, implementation and maintenance of the Technical Specification of quality management system, as well as those looking for a framework for ISO/TS improvement.
 
This may include Directors/ Managers, Department Head, Engineers and Human Resources/ Personal Affairs Officers.
This is a 2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
