IATF 16949 is published to replace ISO/TS 16949:2009 and it is based on ISO 9001:2015 released on Sep 2015. Company who certified for ISO/TS 16949:2009 or company who seek for IATF 16949 certification will require to understand the additional requirements of IATF 16949 against ISO 9001:2015 and preparation of IATF 16949 audit.
