In today’s competitive talent landscape, effective recruitment and manpower planning are critical to organizational success. This course equips HR professionals with practical strategies to attract and select top talent, foster a “talent scout” culture, and implement a structured recruitment process. Key topics include candidate sourcing methods, developing a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and communicating it effectively.
The program also explores modern approaches to manpower planning, job design, and retention strategies aligned with organizational goals. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain hands-on experience with proven tools and techniques to assess, plan, and manage workforce needs confidently and effectively.
At the end of this 2-day training, the learners will be able to:
Define workforce planning within the context of human resources management
Explain how HR planning is related to the overall strategic plan of the organization
Identify the economic concepts of demand and supply and how they apply to the labor market
Apply forecasting tools to the demand and supply of different types of human resources, both in terms of quantity and quality

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
