As your responsibilities grow, your communication skills can help you succeed—or hold you back. In any business role or function, you must be able to convey your ideas in ways that drive effective decision-making, teamwork, and action.

Through experiential exercises and small group activities, participants will put techniques learned into practice, test out new approaches, and learn to communicate with poise, clarity, and conviction. Participants will leave the program with the skills needed to engage, inform, and inspire others—and improve participants ability to communicate like a leader.
By the end of this training, the learner will be able to:
 Communicate effectively when performing their daily duties and express their thoughts and ideas 
  • Upgrade their interaction & interpersonal skills to reduce conflict, productivity, morale problem and reduce attrition
  • Work with differing points of view
  • Communicate a point of view in a direct and effective manner
  • Apply techniques to communicate assertively

  • Module 7: Managing Conflicts So That Differences Can Be Resolved and Relationships Are Maintained

This Communication Skills training course is designed for General that may include Managers, HODs and Supervisors, and Support Staff.
This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
