The overall goal of time management training is to empower individuals to make the most of their time, reduce stress, and achieve a better work-life balance while being more productive and successful in both their personal and professional lives. Enhance productivity and efficiency at work while and achieve dedicated to critical thinking and better decision-making.
Participants will be able to increase and optimize controllable time. This allows them to prioritize tasks and attend to urgent matters at hand without compromising on risks and delays. They will be able to strategize and craft which components of the training fits lifestyle and circumstances efficiently. They will be able to plan their time and responsibilities at hand to achieve meaningful work-life balance.

This course is designed for General Managers, Human Resources personnel, Safety Personnel, Manager, professionals and executives who wishes to improve his/her time management for increased productivity at work.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
