Bridging the Gap - Intergenerational Collaboration for a Cohesive Workplace helps participants understand and navigate the unique perspectives, communication styles, and work values of different generations. Through interactive activities, self-assessments, and case studies, participants gain insight into generational mindsets and cultural differences that impact collaboration. The program equips participants with practical communication tools and inclusive frameworks to reduce misunderstandings, foster empathy, and build stronger working relationships. Emphasis is placed on active listening, emotional intelligence, and adapting communication styles for maximum clarity and impact.

This training course is designed all employees and managers from multigenerational teams
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
