In today's rapidly evolving business environment, integrity and ethical behavior are no longer optional—they are essential. This one-day training program, "Embedding Integrity, Ethics & Social Compliance in the Workplace," is designed to guide professionals in understanding the principles of business ethics, compliance obligations, and the importance of accountability in their roles. Through practical discussions and real-world case studies, participants will explore how ethical lapses can severely impact individuals and organizations.
The program also emphasizes social compliance, introducing international standards such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions, SA8000, and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. Participants will gain clarity on how responsible business practices, including fair labor, anti-corruption, and respect for data privacy, contribute to sustainable and socially responsible operations. Key issues like protection of identity, intellectual property, and responsible sourcing will also be addressed.
By the end of the session, participants will walk away with practical tools to navigate ethical dilemmas, uphold compliance requirements, and champion a culture of integrity in their workplace. A reflective action planning module ensures that participants leave with a personalized strategy to integrate what they’ve learned into everyday behavior and decisions

This program is designed for All Managers and Employees.
This is a 1-day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
