From Service to Success: Personal Development for Hospitality Teams is a 2-day interactive programme designed to strengthen the personal and professional skills of hotel staff and supervisors. The training focuses on building confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership essentials that directly influence service quality and guest satisfaction.
Participants will engage in practical exercises, role-plays, and real hospitality scenarios to improve active listening, teamwork collaboration, handling feedback, and managing workplace priorities. This is a 2 days programme.
This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
