In the hospitality industry, leaders are constantly required to balance guest expectations, staff performance, and operational demands. This interactive programme is designed to strengthen hotel executives’ and managers’ emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience for more impactful leadership. Through practical tools and engaging activities, participants will learn to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and foster stronger team relationships. The training highlights real hospitality scenarios to ensure direct application to the workplace. By the end of the programme, participants will gain greater confidence, improved interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle conflicts constructively. This course is designed for hotel executives, department heads, and managers who want to enhance their leadership effectiveness, strengthen interpersonal skills, and cultivate an open mindset to drive both team engagement and guest satisfaction.
This is a 1 day programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
