The High Performance Culture (HPC) program is designed to help participants recognize their strengths and areas for development. It equips them with practical tools to enhance personal effectiveness in daily interactions, fostering growth through self-awareness, new ideas, and skill development. HPC focuses on helping participants understand how their choices—attitudes and actions—impact results. It encourages them to take ownership of their growth, learn where they currently stand, how change occurs, and how adopting new behaviors or mindsets can improve both personal and team effectiveness. The program also teaches participants how to manage their work environment by making proactive choices. It builds coping skills for navigating organizational changes like downsizing or mergers, enhances confidence, and prepares employees, managers, and leaders to contribute responsibly and collaborate effectively, improving customer relations and team performance.

This High Performance Culture (HPC) course is suitable for:

This is a 2 days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
