One of the most important survival skills there is today is innovative thinking.  Using the design thinking process, learners focus on developing the ability to generate loads of ideas that fit specific criterion.
By tapping into the power of subconscious mind, and replace negative thoughts with the positive ones, learners will produce effective, mind blowing ideas.  
The effectiveness and ability to analyze proposed solutions and to make sound decision before the actual execution of any intervention selections is regarded as another key competence one must possess.  Brainstorming, aside from some key QC tools, is of great help during this crucial process.

This workshop is about increasing one’s ability to generate quality creative ideas in a group setting. Learners will learn how to:
  • Generate more and better ideas than the participant could ever before, for any project or problem
  • Use variety of approaches and tools –scamper techniques, imaginary & visualization technique, etc. To enable fantastic creative idea generation
  • Spot the next great idea
  • Module 1: Generating Ideas - with case study
  • Module 2: Brainstorming and Creative Thinking - with case study
  • Module 3: Explore Uncharted Territory and Shift Perspective - with activity
  • Module 4: Form a Creative Team - with activity
  • Module 5 : Innovative Leadership in the Organization  - with case study
  • Module 6 : Make a Decision & Take Responsibility for it  - with case study
  • Module 7 : Short Review of SA, PA, DA and PPA - Exercises & small group discussions
  • Module 8 : Embrace Change

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning.
