Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills are essential skills in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing workplace. 

Both require a systematic yet creative approach to address today’s business concerns. 

This course will provide participants with good understanding on critical thinking and knowledge on problem solving techniques to help decision making and identify appropriate solutions. 

Understanding a process to work through can take the anxiety out of problem-solving and make decision-making easier. By using best practice techniques, you can learn to be more effective when problem arise and be more efficient when solving those issues.

This is a ​2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
