In today’s unpredictable and fast-shifting business environment, middle managers play a pivotal role as the bridge between strategy and execution. “Think Beyond” is a 2-day experiential workshop designed as an advanced-level program within your wider critical thinking suite – and built directly upon the principles of the book “Think. Adapt. Lead.” It equips middle managers with the mindset, tools, and habits to analyze challenges more strategically, generate creative options, make better decisions, and adapt confidently amidst uncertainty.

Grounded in the Think-Adapt-Lead methodology, this workshop transforms abstract thinking concepts into day-to-day management practices. Participants engage in simulations, team challenges, reflection exercises, and scenario-based decision labs that mirror real organizational dynamics.

The aim of this workshop is to turn managers into proactive thinkers, opportunity-spotters, and adaptive decision-makers who can lead their teams through complexity

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
