The Course Wireframe: Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform for Intelligent Claims Management is designed to help organisations streamline and modernise their claims processes using AI-powered tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. Participants will learn how to leverage Microsoft Copilot to draft reports, summarise case files, generate correspondence, and extract key insights from large volumes of claims data with speed and accuracy.
The programme also integrates the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform — including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI — to design automated workflows, digital claim forms, approval routing, and real-time performance dashboards. Through practical exercises, participants will explore how low-code solutions can reduce manual processing, minimise errors, and improve compliance tracking.
