In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure work environments, mental health challenges such as chronic stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and decreased self-esteem are increasingly common. Many professionals silently struggle with negative self-talk, internalized self-doubt, and unrealistic expectations, often worsened by toxic workplace cultures and digital overload. These issues not only impact personal well-being but also reduce focus, productivity, and team morale.
"The Mindset Makeover: Breaking Barriers with Self-Talk" is a 2-day transformative programme designed to address these growing concerns by equipping participants with the tools to build emotional resilience, shift from limiting beliefs to empowered thinking, and manage stress productively. Through evidence-based techniques in self-talk, stress management, and productivity strategies, the programme helps individuals rewire their inner dialogue, regain clarity, and cultivate a mentally healthy and high-performing mindset at work.

Upon course completion, participants will be able to:
Recognize and reprogram negative self-talk patterns that contribute to stress, self-doubt, and burnout, and replace them with empowering internal dialogue.
Apply science-backed mindset techniques—such as affirmations, visualization, and reframing—to cultivate emotional resilience and confidence in daily interactions.
Identify workplace stressors and psychosocial hazards, and apply practical self-management strategies to reduce their impact on mental health and work performance.
Use self-talk as a productivity tool to enhance focus, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
Reframe negative situations into constructive opportunities, shifting from reactive thinking to solution-oriented responses.
Foster healthier communication and collaboration by improving self-awareness and emotional regulation, allowing participants to synergize more effectively as team players.
Overcome limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits through self-compassion and cognitive restructuring techniques.

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
