Communication problem issue among foreign employees is not a new issue. Since the year of 1980, government had to take the foreign labour to work in country because to overcome problem about shortage local workforce. Due to the lack of communication understanding, a wide variety of problem arise such as mistake to interpret instructions, construction conflict and coordination problem.

This is a ​1-day programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
