The module will also provide practical strategies for employees to respond to incidents of sexual harassment, including how to report incidents, how to support colleagues who may have experienced harassment, and how to maintain a safe and respectful workplace culture.

​Through interactive scenarios and case studies, employees will learn to recognize potential instances of sexual harassment and understand how to respond appropriately. By the end of the module, employees will have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace

At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

This training is designed for workers in all types of workplaces, regardless of whether they work in an office, retail store, or construction site.

This is a 1-day programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
