At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
To understand how the procedures fit in to the broader framework of managing others’ performance, behaviors and development
To identify good practice that can help to prevent problems of underperformance or misconduct arising
To have an overview of the formal elements of the disciplinary procedures
To have an overview of procedures in place to support employees with concerns in the work place

Module 2: Code of Good Practice: Dismissal
Module 3: Workplace discipline
