As organisations and business become more global and increasingly disparate, it is essential that executives have a firm grasp on finance to ensure that they maximise value.

Exploring the diverse financial challenges facing today's decision-makers, Finance for Non-Finance Executives is a comprehensive introduction to accounting and financial analysis. It aims to give executives who are not financial specialists an understanding of the financial consequences of strategic decisions and to equip them with tools to integrate the financial
approach into their day-to-day operations.

This basic level is to help executives, especially from functional areas other than finance—such as sales, marketing, human resource, research and development, production, and procurement—to gain an extensive working knowledge of critical financial principles in an easy-to-follow manner, enabling them to make critical business decisions involving cost-savings, budgets, new projects decisions, and growth strategies.

This is a 2-days programme.

This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
 
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
