A comprehensive understanding of the key concepts of business finance for non-financial managers make their decision making effective and gets them closer to their ultimate goals and objectives. It will help them to comprehend what the company’sfinancial statements are telling about the financial situation of thecompany and itsperformance.

This training resource is designed for Non-finance managers, such as sales, marketing, human resource, research and development, production, and procurement.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
