Determine corporate key performance indicators and design jobs based on employee accountability to achieve business results.

Take appropriate steps on how to review and resolve issues on compensation inequities.
Formulate and establish policies and practices in compliance with Corporate Governance, in particular the role of the Remuneration Committee of the Board.
Develop justification for annual increment and incentive bonus payment.
Plan and effectively communicate compensation principles to employees.
Participants will be exposed to concepts and principles through a simulation so that learning becomes engaging and practical contexts.
