The Employment Act 1955 serves as the cornerstone of employment law in Malaysia, making compliance essential for every organization. This course is designed to equip HR professionals, managers, and business owners with a clear understanding of key legal requirements and practical approaches to conducting effective HR and labour audits. Participants will learn how to assess organizational compliance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure adherence to statutory obligations.
 
By strengthening knowledge of the Employment Act and audit best practices, this training empowers organizations to build compliant, transparent, and legally sound HR practices.
