The roles of leaders are becoming more challenging today than ever before with demands for higher quality, focus on speed, and workplace is growing more complex. Even relationships with other employees are becoming more complicated and demanding due to diversified workforce.
In view of such challenges, leaders have to be effective as they are facilitating both management and employees to achieve organizational goals. During this program, leaders will acquire essential skills to be used at the workplace, review ways to improve leadership coaching as well as question and analyzing skills.
This program will enable leaders to gain knowledge, develop skills to be more effective in their current roles and to be more productive in meeting management expectation.

This programme is suitable for Managers, Executives, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Those responsible in managing other staff; and Potential staff to be developed as Leaders.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
