Executives are required to be proficient in both leadership and supervisory skills so that they can draw excellence out of their subordinates in order to achieve organizational, departmental and individual goals. This course is designed to give executives that ‘winning edge’ by providing executives with a greater understanding of leadership and managerial principles and practices. It will help them be better communicators in order to be more proficient in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.
Apply the necessary knowledge and skills essential for leading and managing their subordinates;
Apply techniques that will assist them in becoming more effective communicators;
Create a distinct awareness of their responsibilities when leading and managing human resources;
Develop over a process of time effective “people” skills and become “people persons”.

This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
