Managers are required to be proficient in both leadership and supervisory skills so that they can draw excellence out of their subordinates in order to achieve organizational, departmental and individual goals. This course is designed to give managers that ‘winning edge’ by providing them with a greater understanding of leadership and managerial principles and practices. It will help them be better communicators in order to be more proficient in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.

This programme is designed for all managers and leaders seeking to raise their barometer of emotional intelligence or individuals who desire to develop emotional intelligence in all aspects of their work and personal life.
This is a 2-days programme. This course runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks.
This is an intensive session designed to include as much discussion as possible. Lunch and breaks provide an opportunity for further questioning and discussion with the instructors.
